Brooklyn Grange Root Top Hot Sauce
Brooklyn Grange is one of the leading rooftop farms in the United States. Fine & Raw Chocolate
Founder Daniel Sklaar started Fine & Raw Chocolate in his Williamsburg artist loft where he was making small batches for friends. Sklaar wanted to create chocolate that not only thrilled the taste buds but was also in harmony with the planet. Fine & Raw blends the art and science of food and comes stylishly packaged (it makes a perfect gift.) Bar flavors include truffle, hazelnut butter, and lucuma and vanilla.
Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur

Salty Road Taffy
When Founder Marisa Wu’s friends were looking for locally made taffy to sell at their stand in Far Rockaway Beach, she jumped at the chance to indulge in her candy obsession. Wu set out to create recipes with natural flavorings and large grain sea salt, launching Salty Road Taffy soon after. Delectable flavors include vanilla bean, passion fruit, sea salt caramel, tropical mango, peppermint, and strawberries & cream.
Early Bird Foods
While managing Brooklyn’s celebrated pizzeria, Franny’s, Nekisia Davis began selling her homemade granola at Brooklyn Flea. People loved it, demand grew, and Nekisia expanded her gourmet breakfast enterprise by opening a kitchen in Red Hook. Getting a move on in the morning is easier with Early Bird Foods’ delectable flavors such as Aloha with dried mango, macadamia, and coconut, Choc A Doodle Doo with dark chocolate and coconut, and Farmhand’s Choice with pecans and pumpkin seeds.

Founded by Shamus Jones in 2009, this Sunset Park-based brand has elevated making pickles to a culinary art form. Everything is handmade using fresh and local ingredients. Original flavors include NYC deli pickle (of course!), whiskey sour, maple bourbon bread & butter, and barrel-cured garlic dill.
