5 Must-Try Cocktails from Ketel One

Cocktails and the beach? Sounds good to me.

As we prepare to move into the weekend and bid adieu to summer, this is an excellent time to mix up some cool, colorful cocktails using Ketel One vodka. Whether you’re relaxing on a beach, toasting the start of fall with a Labor Day cookout, or hanging at one of your fave local NYC spots with friends, simple, flavorful drinks like these fit wonderfully. Personally, I can’t choose because they all sound fantastic, so I may have to sip more than one.  Enjoy!

And in case you get peckish… You might need a yummy recipe for the weekend!

KETEL ONE SUMMER BREEZE
1 oz. Ketel One Oranje®
1 oz. fresh orange juice
1 oz. cranberry juice
Build in a rocks glass over ice. Stir. Garnish with an orange wedge.

The Summer Breeze

KETEL ONE APERITIVO ESPECIAL
1.5 oz. Ketel One Oranje
.75 oz. Aperol
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. fresh orange juice
.25 oz. honey
Prosecco
Combine first five ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Aperitivo Special

KETEL ONE CUCUMBER COOLER
1.5 oz. Ketel One Citroen
3 slices cucumber (seedless)
.5 oz. fresh lime juice
Ginger beer
Combine first three ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a cucumber slice.

Cucumber Cooler

KETEL ONE PK
1 oz. Ketel One Vodka
.5 oz. Pimms No. 1
1 dash Angostura bitters
3 cucumber slices
Lemon-lime soda
Place two cucumber slices at the bottom of a Collins glass. Top with ice. Add Ketel One Vodka, Pimms No. 1 and Angostura bitters. Top with lemon-lime soda. Stir. Garnish with remaining cucumber slice.

1.5 oz. Ketel One Citroen
.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
.5 oz. simple syrup
Club soda
Build in a Collins glass over ice. Top with club soda. Stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
