6. Cardio Tai Box

7. Pon De Flo
Get in touch with your inner dancer in this high-energy Caribbean and Reggae-style movement class. Easy-to-follow choreography means you won’t need to be an expert to get the most out of this body strengthening workout, so get FLO-ing.
8. X-Pole Dancing
Pole dancing isn’t just for strippers. Be challenged and have a great time in this class taught by an XPERT Pole Fitness instructor. You’ll learn pole fitness technique, choreography and combinations designed to increase upper body and core strength as well as coordination, flexibility, and balance.
