Hello Everyone! My name is Scott McCulley and I’m a preppy southern gentleman living in Manhattan. During my ten years of living in a 338 square-foot studio apartment, I’ve developed a practical philosophy of living in a small space. In NYC, having an amazing apartment is not about the amount of space, but the way you utilize that space.
Over the years, I’ve created experiences and memories in my one room that wouldn’t have happened if I lived in a bigger space. Many of my friends consider my apartment to be their pied á terre, and have as much of an attachment to my small studio as they do to their own home.
From decorating to providing a more organized and functional way of living, I believe in developing a chic, comfortable lifestyle in your small city apartment.
I live for luxury…
Luxury knows no size, and no matter how small or large your apartment is, a luxurious lifestyle can be a few steps away.My tiny bath is spa-like and I love it. I’ve accessorized my bath with black and white photos, bath sheets from Calvin Klein Collection, (that can also double as beach towels when I hit the roof to catch some rays), and Molton Brown Naran Ji handsoap.
